In crisis-stricken Venezuela, Roberto, a rigid idealist, works for the ministry of transportation. He is convinced he will never leave his job. Abroad, in Italy, Selina, a careless expat, works illegally and considers marrying to get a visa. When Roberto gets an offer abroad and Selina gets trapped in Caracas, they face a difficult question: stay behind or migrate?
