The founders of the crapsploitation genre return yet again in this latest installment of the Death Toilet franchise... When the pope's private jet is hijacked and then explodes, Brett Baxter (Mike Hartsfield) is thrown from the plane suffering a horrible injury. While being nursed back to health by Dr. Doodie (Blake Foard) he begins the fight for his life against the evil Pottymouth (Evan Jacobs). Brownsville is turned upside down as toilets are taken hostage and no one can find a place to do their business. Meanwhile Baxter searches for his missing friend Father Dingleberry and seeks help from Mayor Dump. The battle against Pottymouth and his henchman Stinkeye and their attempt to implement their "Total Toilet Takeover" gives new meaning to the term "Hell on Earth."
